Shfaqja koreografike “Rekuim i Verdit”, nën realizimin e kinezit Michael Mao, do të jetë premiera e katërt me radhë e Baletit Kombëtar të Kosovës. Kjo shfaqje e cila do të prezantohet para publikut në sallën e Teatrit Kombëtar të vendit më 12 dhjetor të këtij viti, do të jepet premierë për nder të 200 vjetorit të lindjes së njërit ndër kompozitorëve më të njohur në botë, italianit Giuseppe Verdi. Në këtë shfaqje do të jetë e përfshirë e gjithë trupa artistike e Baletit Kombëtar të Kosovës.
Ndërkohë, ndihmësi i Maos, koreografi arbëresh Antonio Pio Fini, ka thënë se me këtë shfaqje kanë zgjedhur pjesë adekuate për ta. “Dhe besoj që shfaqja do të ketë suksese. Me këtë shfaqje do të bëjmë përpjekje që Trupën e Baletit ta prezantojmë edhe në vende të ndryshme të botës. Ju kam bërë ftesa edhe miqve të mi të cilët janë në Amerikë për të ardhur direkt në Kosovë për ta parë këtë premierë. Me këtë shfaqje, Mao ka gjetur tekstin e duhur që flet për dashurinë, shpresën, jetën, bukurinë, vdekjen dhe humbjen”, ka thënë ai.

The fourth Premiere of 2013 of the National Ballet of Kosovo will be the choreography of Michael Mao, to Giuseppe Verdi’s Requiem. This show, which will be presented to the public at the National Theatre of the country on 12 December this year, will premiere in honor of the 200th anniversary of the birth of one of the most famous composers in the world, Italy's Giuseppe Verdi. This show will feature the entire roster of artists of the National Ballet of Kosovo
Michael Mao, Chinese choreographer
Chinese choreographer Michael Mao who lives and works in New York, has been shown to "KultPlus" përqon message that this show of love but also the loss.
