Kristin Draucker began training as a gymnast, and in ballet by Marcia Dale Weary at the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, where she performed before joining Michael Mao Dance. Kristin toured with West Side Story in Asia and Europe.
Efemena Alibo was born in Lagos, Nigeria. She grew up in Togo, Senegal and Cameroon. A graduate of New School University in NYC, Efemena began formal dance training at Westceser Community College and at the Ailey School in New York
Osamu Inoue was born in Fukuoka, Japan. He came to the US for College in Pennsylvania where he discovered dance. Besides dancing Osamu holds black belts in Karate and Tae Kwon Do.
Stacy Yoshioka was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she began training in Ballet and Hula. She graduated from Marymount Manhattan College and joined Michael Mao Dance in 1999. She was featured in Mao’s FIRECRACKER®.
Kendrick Carter trained at the Atlanta Ballet Centre for Dance Education and at Juilliard. He performed with the New York Metropolitan Opera, Florida Dance Theatre, 'The Chase Brock Experience', as well as in Europe.
Nao Yamada is from Chiba, Japan, where she trained in Ballet with Takane Koisumi, and studied at the Ailey School in New York. She also studied in Brazil. With Michael Mao Dance she has toured to Edinburgh, UK.
Fernando Carrillo Fernando Carrillo began dance training at the State University of Los Angeles, in NYC at the Ailey School. where he performed with Ailey II, Ballet Hispanico Broadway's 1st national tour of the Lion King,. AGMA, SAG and ACTOR'S EQUITY.
Alessadra Corona was Principal Dancer at Ballet Hispanico for 14 years., and toured “Fosse” in Europe. She performed with Michael Mao Dance summer of 1996, in ’99-’00, and rejoined Michael Mao Dance in 2011.
Jean-René Homehr, began his early dance training in his native France, received his early training at Bejart’s Rudra in Lausanne, Switzerland. He was at Graham Dance and is presently a member of Syren Dance.
Marie Zvosec graduated from from the School of Ohio Dance Theatre, North Carolina School of the Arts and Juilliard School (BFA) She performs with Buglisi Dance Theatre, TAKE Dance, Mary Seidman and Dancers, and Bennyroyce Dance Productions.
Kevin Fay, from Maryland. began dancing at 16. He received a BA from Northwestern University and has danced with Dayton Ballet, Jin Ju Song-Begin, Dana Tai Soon Burgess Company, Douglas Dunn, and Lane & Company.
Antonio Pio Fini was born in Villapiana, Calabria, Italy. After graduating from the School of Teatro Carcano in Milan, he came to the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance, where he also performed. In 2011 he founded Alto Jonio Dance.
Lloyd Knight born in England, reared in Miami, trained at the Miami Conservatory of Ballet, received his BFA from the New World School of the Arts. He was at Ailey, Dance Theatre of Harlem and the Graham School before joining Graham Company in 2005 and promoted to soloist in 2009.
